How do I know you won't disappear with my idea or money?
We sign a formal contract before any work starts. Payments are milestone-based (20% upfront, then tied to deliverables). We've been operating since 2023 with clients in UAE, UK, USA, Australia, and India. References available. We also sign IP assignment agreements — legally binding, your idea is yours.
What if I need changes mid-project?
Minor refinements (UI tweaks, copy changes, small logic adjustments) are included. Significant scope additions are priced separately as a change order — agreed in writing before we do them. We're flexible, not rigid — we'll tell you if something is in or out of scope before starting it.
How do meetings work across timezones?
Weekly review calls are scheduled at your convenience. UAE founders: 10am–1pm GST works (afternoon IST). Australia: 7–9pm AEST (late afternoon IST). Europe: 3–6pm CET (evening IST). We use Zoom or Google Meet. You also have a direct WhatsApp line to your project lead for quick questions anytime.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, always. We sign before discovery calls where you share confidential details. Mutual NDA, Indian law, 3-year term. We can also work with your standard NDA template if you prefer.
Can you help with product strategy, not just development?
We'll be honest about what we know. We're engineers first. We'll give you technical input on what's feasible, what's overkill, and what the fastest path to an MVP is. For product-market fit strategy, we'll share our experience but recommend you work with a product advisor in your market who knows the local dynamics.
What AI models and infrastructure do you use?
We build on OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude 3.5/3.7, Google Gemini — whichever fits your use case and budget. Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure. We never lock you into a single provider — multi-model architecture where it matters. You control your own API keys and cloud accounts from day one.
